Aero Components is a top of the line precision machine shop.  We machine a very diverse range of components for medical, semiconductor, oil ( both down hole and drilling), and many other industries. 
We are a true job shop building components to our customer’s specifications.  We have great relationships with suppliers allowing us to make components complete and ready for our customers to assemble. 

 We can machine a wide range of materials from common metals such as aluminum, brass, copper, all grades of stainless, and to the more uncommon metals such as super alloys, beryllium copper and titanium.  We have experience machining raw materials to castings.  We also specialize in several materials not in the metal families,  we machine several grades of plastic including peek, natural poly, PVDF, halar even teflon.  We have the ability to machine tolerances down to +- 0.0001 and can machine heat treated material. 

Handpicked and Trained Staff

Our entire staff of machinist’s has been handpicked over the years and all parts are programmed at the machine by the machinist.  To stay competitive we keep the top of the line, latest and greatest machines.  We have very few machines that are older than 5 years and we never buy used equipment.

quality matters

Aero Components owner and employees firmly believe that quality matters.  We have a strict first article inspection policy where the first part at every operation is checked by one of our qualified inspectors using either one of our two CMM’s or by conventional methods, and then checked at specific intervals for in process inspection.  At the end of production, parts are final inspected to customer required AQL level.
